Refund and cancellation policy

Before payment
Your enrollment confirmation should identify the program, schedule, price, and any course-specific refund terms. Ask for clarification before paying.
Cancellation requests
Submit cancellation requests in writing to info@mosaicelite.academy. Eligibility and any refund amount depend on the written enrollment terms, services already delivered, materials provided, and payment processing costs.
Missed lessons
Missed group sessions are not automatically refundable. Private-lesson rescheduling depends on instructor availability and the notice period stated in your enrollment confirmation.
Academy changes
If Mosaic Elite Academy cancels a program and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, it will provide an appropriate refund for undelivered instruction.
This policy does not replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
