Who we teachلمن هذه البرامج

Students in the United States, across the Arab world and everywhere in between. Four groups come to us most often, and each gets a different twelve weeks.

Parents and children

Children who understand Arabic but answer in English, and parents who do not want that to be permanent. We teach from the alphabet up, at a child's pace, with progress you can actually see.

Adults learning from scratch

Travelers, converts, partners marrying into an Arabic-speaking family, and anyone who has started four times and finished nothing. A term with a syllabus and an end date changes that.

Working professionals

Internationally trained staff who need English that sounds senior in a meeting, and teams who need Arabic for correspondence, negotiation and etiquette in Gulf markets.

Students and researchers

Undergraduates, graduate students and researchers who need academic English, help with a dissertation chapter, or Arabic they can read primary sources in.

From your first Arabic letter to native speedبرامجنا

Modern Standard Arabic for reading, formal writing and the news. Lebanese and Jordanian dialect for actually talking to people. Quran reading for non-Arabic speakers. Business English for work, and academic editing for everything you have to hand in. Why students choose usلماذا يختاروننا

An app streak dies in week three. A tutor you stop booking. A program ends, and that difference is the whole design.

How a term runsكيف يسير الفصل

Four stages, in order.

Placement

You take the free test or sit a short spoken assessment with an instructor. We confirm your level and recommend one program. If none of them fit yet, we say so.

Scheduling and enrollment

You choose one-to-one or a small group, and your weekly slot in your own time zone wherever you are in the world. Pay in full, or spread it across two or three consecutive monthly installments.

Twelve weeks of teaching

Weekly 90-minute live sessions with graded homework between them. You get written feedback through the term, not only at the end.

Assessment and certificate

A final assessment covering everything in the syllabus. Score 80% or above and your certificate is issued. Below that, you re-sit once at no charge.

Questionsأسئلة شائعة

Which Arabic should I learn?
It depends on what you want to do. Modern Standard Arabic is the written and formal language: news, books, official documents, and it is understood everywhere. Lebanese and Jordanian dialect are what people actually speak day to day in the Levant. Quranic Arabic is its own track, focused on reading correctly rather than conversation. If you want to talk to family, start with dialect. If you want to read, start with Modern Standard. The placement test asks what you are aiming at and recommends accordingly.
Do you teach children?
Yes. Marhaban and the Arabic alphabet track are taught to absolute beginners of any age, with pacing, materials and session length adjusted for younger learners. Many of our families are parents whose children understand Arabic but answer in English. Tell us the age on the inquiry form and we will say honestly whether it is a fit yet.
I am outside the United States. Can I still enroll?
Yes. Everything is taught live online and scheduled around your time zone, not ours. We teach students across North America, Europe, the Gulf and the Levant. Payment is in US dollars by card.
What happens if I miss a session?
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we reschedule within the same term at no cost. Sessions missed without notice are not rescheduled, because the slot is held for you and the instructor is paid for it.
Do I have to pay the whole amount up front?
No. Every twelve-week program can be spread across two or three consecutive monthly installments, which is the maximum we offer. The total is the same either way, there is no interest and no fee, and the first installment is due before the first session.
Is there a group option?
Yes. Group cohorts follow the identical syllabus, the same graded homework and the same final assessment, on a three-month commitment. Both rates are set out on the pricing page. Cohorts open when enough students sit at the same level, so the placement test is what gets you into one.
What do I need to join a session?
A laptop or tablet, a reliable connection and headphones. Nothing to install beyond the video link we send. Materials are shared digitally before each session.
What is the certificate actually worth?
It records that you completed a twelve-week graded program and scored at least 80% on a final assessment tied to a published syllabus. It is not a state or university credential and we do not describe it as one. If you need credit that appears on a school transcript, tell us at enrollment so we can set the program up for that from the start.
