Do you offer group lessons?
Yes, we offer both individual and group lessons. Group lessons are a great way to learn alongside peers, practice speaking with others, and benefit from group discussions and activities. If you are enrolling more than one child please contact us to discuss whether group classes or custom sessions would be required.

- Tutoring sessions are offered online and/or in person, based on availability.
- Scheduling is confirmed in advance and must be adhered to by both tutor and student.
Payments
- Full payment is required prior to the start of any course or session package.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Student Responsibilities
- Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time.
- Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled.
- Academic honesty is required. Tutors provide guidance but will not complete assignments, exams, or research papers on behalf of the student.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, resources, and website content are the property of Mosaic Elite Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Mosaic Elite Academy is not liable for academic outcomes, grades, or admissions results. Success depends on the student’s effort and participation.
No Refunds or Returns Policy
All payments for tutoring sessions, courses, or academic services are final. Mosaic Elite Academy does not provide refunds or returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Student withdrawal from a program.
- Missed or canceled sessions.
- Dissatisfaction with tutoring outcomes.
Rescheduling may be offered at the academy’s discretion if notice is provided in advance.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Mosaic Elite Academy understands that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and smooth planning, the following rules apply:
Cancellations
- Students must notify the academy at least 24 hours in advance if they cannot attend a scheduled session.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a missed session and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
Rescheduling
- Sessions canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost, subject to tutor availability.
- Rescheduled sessions must take place within 1-7 days of the original booking.
Missed Sessions
- Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
- No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions.
Tutor Cancellations
In the unlikely event that a tutor must cancel, Mosaic Elite Academy will provide a rescheduled session at no additional charge.
